Yummiest Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever

I have had so many people ask me for this recipe that I thought I would just post it for everyone! I have to thank my friend Chantell that gave me this recipe! She basically amazing at everything she does, so I knew this recipe would be amazing too! It hasn't disappointed me yet, or anyone else that I know of :)

1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
CREAM the 2 butters together and then add the sugars and CREAM together! (I like to mix REALLY WELL)
Add eggs ONE AT A TIME and mix REALLY WELL after each one ( when I don't do this, they don't turn out as well)
Add flour, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and as many chocolate chips as you want!
Bake for 9-10 minutes and then take directly off of the pan! I just put them on the counter (because thats what Chantell does) :)

In my experience I have found that if they turn out better if I DON"T make them too big, but thats just me :)

Pumpkin Dip!! A MUST MAKE TREAT!!

On Monday night I made my very first Thanksgiving dinner. I was so surprised that I actually did it! My husband is the mashed potato master so I let him make those, but I did everything else. I even made homemade rolls for the first time! I'll have to share the EASY recipe a little later!

Out of everything that I spent all day cooking this little dip stole the show! I liked it so much I tried making it into a pie too and LOVED IT!!

For the pumpkin dip you'll need:

1 large INSTANT vanilla pudding (I ususally use the sugar free, but I sent the husband to the store;)

1 large can on pumpkin pie MIX make sure it is the mix and not just the pumpkin

1 large cool whip- you won't need the entire thing!!

Mix the pumpkin and pudding together, and add about half of the cool whip -you can add more if you want a lighter feel to it.

Refrigerate before serving!!

Thats it! Make sure you have apples and graham crackers to dip or anything else you can think of!! It is FANTASTIC!!

PIE-

To make the pie, combine all ingredients the same way as the dip.

Put in a graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate or you can even put it in the freezer for a little while to help it set up!! ADD whipped cream!!

There you have it! Give it a try! It is SUPER ADDICTING!!

Wet floor No More

Its that time of year when little feet come in from playing in the snow and leave puddles of water wherever they leave their boots! Here is a cheap and easy solution! The best part, its so easy to clean! Just wipe it out! LOVE EASY!!!

Most of us have rubbermaid containers laying around! Take one and paint it! Any color, this is my sister in laws, she wanted it to match her Christmas decorations! You can paint, add vinyl and decorate any way you want!! Check out those cute shoes! I LOVE them! I am actually wishing I had a cute pair like them!!

SO, give something like this a try to solve all your wet and dirty shoe needs!! Or in our case, its nice to just have everyones shoes that they love to wear all in one place through out the day! WHen we are in a hurry to leave the house, we know the shoes we have been wearing are in the bucket!!

Now go make one for yourself! Make sure to send me pictures!!

Fabulous Friday!!

We had such a great night this last Friday!! Thank you to everyone that came and hung out with us! Alyssa did such a great job with our "All things Little Girl" section! We made Fabric Scrap TuTu's, Hairbows, Headbands, and Baby legs! We have such talented people around here!!

The Welcome Post was a BIG, but FUN project! We were all covered in paint by the end! Look at these ladies hard at work. Everyone was so creative, making the post "their own". Thanks for trusting me with the power tools that late on a Friday night!!

Our pyrex glass etching was a great project! Fast and Easy. If you are going to do this make sure you use precut vinyl for your stencil!! It made it so mych easier than tracing and cutting out your own!!

We had such a great turn out for the temple plaques!! We have such a great group of ladies! Everyone helped each other and made sure everything got done!!

We need recipes....our tasters table was fabulous....wish I would have taken a picture of the fantastic food!

Thanks again for a great night!! Time to start thinking about next year!! Feel free to send some ideas my way!!

Super Saturday/ Fabulous Friday

Its that time of year again!! Super Saturday, or in our case FABULOUS FRIDAY!! We have such a great turnout having it on a Friday night!!

We have tons of great projects this year! I don't have pictures of everything yet, but here are a few of them!

First, the Brigham City Temple Plaque! This is so nice and super easy to make!! I'm so excited for this one!!
This next one is so awesome! I can't decide where I want to put it! I really wish I had a few of them! You can hang anything you want from the cute bracket. You can even hang a planter from it! I think I am going to make a cute wreath to hang in the middle too!!

We are also offering a few different hanging kits for the holidays and seasons! Hopefully I will have pictures by next week!

Who doesn't love etching your name in your pyrex pan! It makes it so much easier to get your pans back when you take meals to neighbors and friends! You can pick either one of these designs or give me a call and we can design others too!!

I can't wait to get more pictures of everything! The Memory Blocks are adorable! The little girl and little boy sections are just amazing!! Have you seen the scrap tutu we are making? Its soooo cute! Makes me wish I had a girl! All the paper crafts are amazing too! Thanks to everyone that has helped get this organized! Its going to be a great night!!

Relief Society Wizard of Oz Night

Follow the yellow brick road....

This was an amazing night. We got the idea off of sugardoodle and decided to just run with it. We had this cute yellow brick road that we followed along our journey.
This night was all about VISIITING TEACHING!!! We started off in one room being welcomed by who else than Dorthy herself. Cute Pam dressed up as Dorthy for us complete with her ruby slippers!! We had the room all decorated like Kansas. We had Dorthy's house, some trees, and things to make it look kind of country. She then led us on our journey to become a better visiting teacher.
We were led to the first room to meet the scarecrow. Holly was the amazing sister that gave us a lesson on "what to do when a situation arises", or using your "BRAIN" when situations arise that get in the way of visiting teaching. It was wonderful.

I wish my camera was better, but here is a picture of our decorations. We had 2 scarecrows on a fence. We also had the coolest paper that looked like a fence behind Holly.

Here is a little look at the lesson that Holly gave. As we got up to go to the next room, we all got certificates saying we now had the "Brain" to be a better visting teacher.

Next we were led to meet the tin man and find our "HEART" .

We were lucky enough to have Denise to supply us with these amazing dolls. We had all of them!! I forgot to get a picture of the scarecrow. Denise had so many things from the Wizard of Oz. Thanks Denise for letting us use them.

Claudia gave us a lesson on "How to serve with a Heart". She always gives such a sweet and spiritual lesson and she did that again. We were all touched and felt the spirit. We left this room with a little foam heart!! We had learned how to serve with Heart.

Next we were led to meet the cowardly lion and to find our courage! Toree did a great job. We love her happy, postive attitude as she teaches. So much fun! We left this room with a gold medal to hang around our necks showing we had the COURAGE!!

We were then led into OZ. We followed the yellow brick road back into the original room we started in. We changed the decorations to be bright and fun, like Oz. We wanted a big contrast between "kansas" and "Oz". In this room we met the Wizard, or Jackie our VT coordinater.

Jackie talked to us and inspired us to be better at visiting teaching. She shared stories that truely inspired and made us all want to be better.

She had a few sisters stand up and share stories about visiting teaching that were great. We then went for dessert. Whats an activity without dessert? Ice cream sundaes to be exact. Not sure how that fits in, it just sounded good.:)

This was truely a VERY spiritual experience. We all came away feeling motivated and really wanting to do a better job at visting teaching. I L-O-V-E-D it!!! Our teachers were so amazing and I felt so much better prepared to do my own visiting teaching!! I RECOMMEND this activity or something similar!! It was EXACTLY what we all needed!!!

Believe it or not I HAVE been crafting. I just never have the time to post about it:) How does everyone find the time?

Lots of fun things going on!! My laundry room is now bright and fun!! Hopefully it will motivate me to go in there more!!

I'll be posting a few new Relief Society Activities too!! They were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! So keep checkig back!

LOVING Fabric on my WALL!!

Oh, this was one of the best projects I have ever done. My kids LOVE it so much!! They keep going into their toy room to see it!

SO on to what it is....liquid starch, yes they make it. It is the coolest stuff. For this project I started with pieces of scrap fabric that I LOVE, a bucket to trace circles with and to put the starch in.

I started off by tracing circles on to my fabric and cutting them out. I think I ended up doing about 24 circles in all.

Then I laid them out on the ground a few dozen times trying to find the right order for the colors. My husband would watch me and just smile and say, "you're gonna do it AGAIN"- ha ha yup, it was fun! So once I had them all laid out perfectly, I dipped my fabric circles into the liquid starch, covering the entire piece of fabric.

Then you'll need to ring it out really well.

Then, apply to the wall. You can use a brush to smooth out the fabric, but I'm a more hands on kind of girl, so my hands worked just fine spreading it out. I went down the wall and added each color in order the way I CAREFULLY planned out :) My little 2 year old was a great helper. I had all the circles laid out on the floor in the right order and he came up with those busy little fingers and moved them all around!! He tried to help and it was so cute, but I had to keep checking to see if I was doing it in the right order!!

On to the next step,

Once I had all the fabric up on the wall I decided to cut all the little feet out of vinyl. It was so much faster than tracing it on fabric and cutting it out. I have had a silhouette machine for quite awhile now, its even the older style, but it works fabulous. I love it. So I cut out 48 little legs, 2 antennas, 2 eyes, and a mouth.

My lovely assistant Jessie helping with the legs, my other lovely assistant Terra didn't want to be in any pictures. They both helped so much! It is just so much more fun doing these things with other people. We had so much fun and our kids had a blast playing together too.
I wish my camera was better. The colors are so vibrant and fun. I LOVE how it turned out!

Now the best pat about using the liquid starch, it sticks to your wall, but you can take it off too without ruining your wall. It really comes right off!! Amazing, I seriously wonder why I haven't done this before. I have big plans for my babies room!! Wish I could get a picture of him all in one shot, but he is just too long. It covers most of the wall in the toy room. We are loving are new little 48 legged friend. It makes the perfect addition to our toy room! Now all we need is a name!!

Enrichment Purse Party!!

We had themost fun activity last night! It was our purse party. The best part about the party was no one knew what to expect. To announce the party we had invites and a poster that invited everyone to a Purse Party. The only info we gave them was to bring your purse.

It made alot of people wonder!!

We decided to decorate tables with purses, tissue paper, and valentines candy. We had a few people bring their favorite purses. I think the centerpieces turned out fabulous.

When each sister arrived we had her bring her purse to the front and weigh it in. We wrote down everyones name with the weight of the purse on it. It was so fun to see the different weights. They ranged from 1 lb 70 almost 9 lbs!! We had an award for the heaviest purse and the lightest purse. To get the most accurate and easy to read weight you'll want to use a food scale. It tells you pounds and ounces. That was helpful because some purses were a few ounces off from each other.

We also had an on time prize!! This is a new tradition we are going to start in our ward. It is just a small prize but it helps to get sisters there on time!!

Everyone played as an individual and on teams. At the end of the game they had to add up how many items from the list they had individually and as a team. Each table was a team.

We started off by reading one item at at time. Each lady had to dig through their purse and be the first one to find it and hold it up. In some cases we made them run up to the front table or the side table. The person that had the item first got a point. We kept track of the points so they didn't have too. We went through a list of items!! It was hilarious.

The list had tons of different items on it. It ranged from the most coupons......

to the most loose change......

to the most unique item.......a few other items on our list ...calculator, mascara, self defense item, diaper, camera (not on your phone), food, a tool, biggest key chain, article of clothing, costco card, mail, hair item, band aid, and more. All in all we had 25 items. The person that had the most got a prize and the person that got the most the fastest got the quickest draw award!! We had some great prizes. We had 2 free haircuts, some lotion, and candy. The team that had the most all together got these cute littel badges.

After the game was over we had a little message. It talked about what your purse says about you. If you had a black purse it means you are... things like that. Then we had a spiritual message about how we all carry different "purses". It was great!!

We found this cute song on the internet that we sang to the tune of Count Your Many Blessings.

We finished off with some yummy Valentine sugar cookies and 7-up! The colors were all pink and red!! It was so cute!!

We had such a great turn out! It was a great activity to get to know people and just have fun!! It was very interactive so everyone felt included, I hope!!

We couldn't live without this at our house. My boys love to have their hair spiked and I love that this helps it stay all day!! I also love that is doesn't get flaky. Its awesome because it is water resistant to, but comes out when you wash your hair!!

Normally after a nap my boys hair is all over the place and we have to redo hair before we go anywhere, but not with this stuff. I like this because you can just buy it at any local store for under 10 dollars , I can't remember the exact price, but it was a good deal. Give it a try!!

Valentines Wreath

New Years Resolution #1

So lately I have noticed a ton of infomercials on tv about workout programs. Must be because of the new year and everyone making the resolution to get in shape. I really really want to get this one. P90x!! I have a few friends that do this and LOVE it!! I can't wait to order it and get going on it. Is it just me or is it harder to lose weight after each baby? Baby #1 the weight just fell off, #2 a little harder, #3 even harder!!

SO, does anyone already do P90x? What do you think about it? Is it working for you? Let me know what you think.

Last minute EASY neighbor gifts!!

Looking for a few CUTE last minute neighbor gift ideas? I have the best and SO creative friends and neighbors. This cute litte snowman was a present that my oldest son got from church!!

You'll need:

A large candy bar!

white paper

Tissue paper-different colors

markers

tape

First wrap your candy bar in white paper!

Next you'll want to tie a bow with tissie paper around the bottom

Make a hat with tissue paper, you'll need tape to make it stay and some ribbon to tie the top!

Then all you need to do is draw on a cute snowman face!!

Cute huh!!

The next one I found on my door step last night from my cute friend Katie!!

My camera is not the greatest so its kind of hard to see. I LOVE it. Such a great idea for a photo holder!!

I'm not sure how she made it exactly, but this is what I would do.

I would mod podge the paper onto the clip, then depending on what you have, add vinyl letters,stamps, stickers, or paper letters to write whatever you would like your holder to say!!
Then add a little bit a flair using whatever you have.

I am loving both of these great ideas!! And the best part......they are calorie free!!!

Let me tell you, I LOVE it! I have used tons of professional brands when I was in cosmotology school and loved them, but if you are looking for a great product with a small price tag......this is the one to try!

My hair feels so healthy and bouncy! As a blonde, natural and with some help, my hair gets really damaged by bleach and all the other fun things we all do to our hair, flat irons, blow driers, curling irons, you name it. I really think this is the best my hair has felt!

So give it a try and let me know what you think!

Yummy Hamburger Soup

My friend Claudia made this soup for me when we first brought our new little guy home from the hospital! ILOVE IT!!

So when I woke up this morning and saw the rain that should turn to snow I decided its a soup day!

Hamburger soup

Brown 1 lb Hamburger (or ground turkey)
Put hamburger in bottom of crockpot
Peel and cube 5 or 6 potatoes
Add celery (optional)
Dump potatoes and carrots on top of meat
Mix 2 cans cream of something-mushroom, chicken, ect.
1 envelope dry Beefy Onion Soup mix
Spread creamed mixture over the top of veggies
Pour HOT water slowly down the edge until water is visible on top (2-3 cups)
Cook covered in crock pot on high heat
After 1 hour, stir, Cook 5-6 hours until potatoes are tender
Can also cook in covered pot in oven on low heat for about 3 hours!

Its yummy! Enjoy this nice fall/snowy/rainy day!!

My Family Blocks

I have had these letter blocks FOREVER!! I just had them sitting in this exact spot just painted! I had finally had enough and NEEDED to craft! So when the kids went down for a nap, I finally started to do something creative! Here is my version of the family blocks! I know everyone has these and has shown them, but I am proud of them because its my first craft in sooooo long! I am LOVING the lime green! I wish I could redo an entire room this color...someday!

We found this idea HERE! Such a cute idea! We decided to do 2 sizes, the regular binder and a memo size! The memo size is great, it holds recipes on 1/2 sheet of regular paper!

Next, Emily made some adorable Christmas cards that she will help you make! Think of how cute they would be to send out to all your friends and family.

This is awesome! Julia made this 72 hour food kit that fits in the #10 can! Such a great item to have in food storage for an emergency!

And Amber made this Emergency heat and cooking source! Another amazing idea that would be wonderful for food storage and an emergency!

And last but not least, these amazing Temple Pictures by Poppyseed Projects! They are beautiful! You can choose from quite a few temples OR you can bring your own family picture to do!!

Super Saturday...I mean Friday Ideas

Hello! Its been way too long! I'm happy to say our baby is here and growing like crazy,much too fast I think!

Super Saturday, well for us, Friday is right around the corner! We like to do ours on a Friday night. It seems easier to get all the kids to bed, then come hang out all night! You should try it!

Here are 2 of our project! I'll be posting more tomorrow!

First candy topiaries, its hard to mae Christmas ones because Christmas candy isn't out yet! So this is all we could find! Anything will work though, imagine gum drops, cute, cute, cute!

These are super easy, just need a little creativity!

This next idea i found here. Cute aren't they! They are even cuter when you see them for real!

Where have I Been?

Lets just start by saying the past few months have been CRAZY!!! So many things have been going on around here, where should I start.

#1- We are expecting our 3rd child this fall! We are so excited to have ANOTHER boy, that makes 3. I have been SOOO sick that I just couldn't find any time to craft or blog or get myself ready or anything besides just wanting to be in my bed all day long, but with two energetic little boys running around that wasn't a possibility! Anyone else suffer from ACID REFLUX let me tell you it is awful when you're pregnant!! WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR ANOTHER BABY!! ITS WORTH ALL THE SICKNESS IN THE WORLD!!!

#2- My husband hurt his back awhile ago and has been suffering ever since. We tried a few different routes to help relieve the pain and numbness, but he eventually had to have back surgery. Wish we would have just done this to start with! The only bad part is with his kind of work he has been unable to go back to work for 3 months!! WE HAVE LOVED HAVING HIM HOME WITH US!! ESPECIALLY THE BOYS. Dads are just so much better at making animal noises, car and truck noises and teasing. We have been so blessed to have him home with us. Why can't he just get paid to stay home? Wouldn't that be nice???

#3 My grandma has been through a whirlwind of medical problems this past little while, strokes, cancer, you name it! She has been such a trooper, never giving up and surprising us all at the strength this LITTLE lady has. About a week ago she fell and broke her hip! She made it through her surgery just fine, she is such a fighter. However her body had had enough. And early Saturday morning she passed away! What a wonderful lady that will be missed be everyone that knew her. I think I get my sweet tooth from her. It was sad to see her go but I was grateful that she could be with her husband and family again!

So hopefully I can get back to doing FUN things again and not laundry and cleaning bathrooms, you know all the fun stuff we all love. Hopefully I'll even get to browse around and see all the cute things on other blogs one of these days!!

Its been so long since I have posted. Hopefully things will slow down soon and I can start finding time to craft again!

With the COLD COLD weather that we have been having around here (which by the way I would be ok if spring came) I have been craving soups and stews! They just sound YUMMY!!!

When we were growing up my mom would make this stew in the morning, head of to work and it was ready by the time she got home! I went to her house and searched through recipes because I have been wanting it sooooo bad! I finally found it and just have to share it with you.

UPDATED!!!! I FORGOT AN INGREDIENT
Working Girl Stew

Ingredients

2lbs stew meat
4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
4 large potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
1 can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf crushed
1 pkg onion soup mix (updated)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (you can substitute cream of chicken if needed)
1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions
In large roaster or casserole pan combine all the above ingredients, rinse cans with water and add water to mixutre. Stir lightly.
Cover and bake @ 275 for 5 to 8 hours!
(I don't see why you couldn't do this in a crock pot either, never tried it, but I'm thinking it would work)

This is so yummy after a long day! To come home and have a hot hearty meal all ready to go!

Fancy Tables!!!

This year for our Relief Society Christmas activity we had a progressive dinner. We went around to a few different homes and had appetizers, then came back to the church for the meal.

It was so sun to see other homes decorated for the holidays. SO MUCH FUN!!!

A few of us were asked to decorate a table, just to make it nicer than eating off of paper plates and to give it a more personal feel to it! I think all the women did a great job with their tables. I am so glad I brought my camera so I could show all of you the wonderful job they did!!

This is table #1. I love it, such cute Christmas dishes and I LOVE the candy in the middle! Table #2 was just beautiful! I wish I would have got a better picture of it. The colors were so pretty and the plates were amazing!

Table #3, How can you not LOVE this, so pretty and classy! That totally describes the lady that did this table. The topiary is my favorite! I think I need to try and make one!

Table #4, So FUN!! It is the perfect table to describe Christmas. It just feels Christmasy! Another pretty table.

Last but not least, My table. My mom was asked to do a table, but wasn't able to get off from work so she asked me to do it. I was a little frantic trying to get everything together (I started an hour before I had to be there, and that included a trip to the Walmart holiday section) so I was running very short on time!

SO here is what I came up with, don't mind the red jam on the table, that isn't part of the display!

All in all I think it turned out pretty well considering the amount of time and money I put into it. Which I can tell you was pretty much nothing!!!

Such a fun evening! We all had a great time and the food was WONDERFUL, homemade chicken cordon blue's and twice baked potatoes that were so yummy! Thanks to everyone who helped make this a great night!

My new Favorite!

SO many of you know that I worked doing makeup for a long time before I had a family. I have used or tried just about everything to help my skin look and feel better. Anything from the cheapy stuff from Walmart to the 100 creams from the department stores.

The other day I was flipping through my avon magazines, I was in desparate need of moisturizer, I came across the SOLUTIONS TOTAL RADIANCE moisturizing line. I decided to try it because it was on sale for CHEAP!!! We're talking 3 products for 15.99! Thats SOOOO cheap, SOOOOO cheap for a day cream with SPF, a night cream, and an eye cream. You normally can't even get one for that price. SO I got it, if I didn't like it I wasn't out much money.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I don't think I have ever liked a moisturizer this much. My skin feels AMAZING, even in this dry, cold climate I live in. I think it even does have a brighter look to it. My husband even noticed! Thats pretty big.

SO I couldn't just keep it to myself. I showed my family. They loved it too!! My mom and sisters. We are totally obsessed with it and for good reason. Its fabulous!

SO if your looking for a good moisturizer give this one a try. You will not be disappointed, at least I wasn't!

I was looking for fun activities to put in our Christmas countdown muffin tin and my sister in law gave me this idea.

All you need is marshmallows and toothpicks!! Easy enough!

Start with one marshmallow and then siimply build on however you would like.

After you are done, let them harden over night or a few nights! Then you can hang them or display them however you would like!! I have mine on the back of my stove! It adds the perfect touch to my kitchen!

We had so much fun making these together! I think the boys ate more marshmallows than anything, but we had fun together as a family and thats the best part!!

I was lucky enough to get to see New Moon yesterday!!! It was awesome. My sisters salon rented out the movie theater, 3 theaters to be exact, and we got to go see New Moon early!!!

Let me just say it was great! SOOOO much better than the 1st one, although I did like the first one. This one was done very well, the makeup was a little weird on some of the vampires, but its hard dealing with white makeup, believe me I know!

My only problem coming away from it is......Now I don't know which team I'm on!!! Team Edward...Team jacob?? Totally confusing...

Ok, so I am team Edward in the books and Team Jacob in the movies....anyone else agree?

Can't wait for the next one!! When will it be out? I'll start counting down!!

How about a little Christmas craft idea as well? I always decorate for Christmas early. I started putting my decorations this week. I love it! It just makes my house so cozy and homey!!

I was walking through Walmart one day and saw a little package of wood slats for about 1.50 , I grabbed them and tucked it in the back of my mind to save them until Christmas for my Christmas tree. I did just that!! So when we got the tree out the other night I quickly realized it was time to make me some cute little signs.

I started with this blank wooden slat. Then, I spray painted it brown!! Easy enough, right? Then after the paint was dry I sanded the center to give it a rustic look.

Next, I cut some vinyl using Christmas words. If you don't have vinyl, simply print off your favorite font and cut each letter out and mod podge it on, or stencil it on.

Finally, I inked the edges of each slat to finish it off! It took me no time at all and I love it. I set them in different places throughout my tree!

It is a fun tree, much different than any other tree that I have done before.

My favorite way to craft is easy and fast!!! With little guys running around all the time, nap time is the only time I get to craft! Hope you enjoy decorating for the Holidays as much as I did!!

I am so excited that I actually made something!!!! I should have taken a before picture of my SAD SAD Christmas wreath I had hanging on my door!
I was browsing around and came across THIS, it gave me inspiration for this baby!!!

I ripped off all of the pinecones and berries I had on my wreath at first, so I could start with a fresh wreath!

You can use floral wire, garbage twist ties, hot glue, or just the ornament hook to attach the ornament to your wreath! I tied some on and a few I was able to just use the hook and slide it onto the wreath!

A little while ago I bought a package of wooden slats in the craft section at walmart for about 1.00. I was planning on making cute little signs to put in my Christmas tree, I used on of those slats for the top of my wreath! I painted it brown and sanded it ALOT!! Then, I used a black ink pad to darken the edges. I am planning on cutting some vinyl for the sign. I am thinking either my last name or Welcome, Merry Christmas, Welcome Christmas, or Welcome...any ideas????

This took me literally 30 minutes and ZERO $$$$!! I had everything I needed!

I have been MIA lately with blogging! You know how it is, when it rains it pours! We have been SICK around our house, not the swine flu, but sure seems just as bad! I'm hoping everone one is feeling better soon so we can

#1 celebrate my little boys birthday party with our family

#2 see my inlaws before they officially leave on their mission

#3 Do normal things, like go outside, or go to the store, who thought I'd miss walmart:)

#4 Oh, well the list goes on and on..

Hopefully we find out today if my husband has to have back surgery, we're crossing our fingers that somehow his back will just suddenly be better!

On a HAPPY NOTE.... Wednesday marked my 4 week mark for NO SUGAR!!! Didn't really think I could do it, but you know its really not hard! I feel so much better, my clothes fit better, I am eating healthier things and LOVING IT!!!!

How are you all doing? Gone sugar free yet? I gotta say the best part about all of this is my little sister that is diabetic finally decided to give up sugar too! I got a call one day and she was so happy that she had given it up. SHe felt so good, was losing weight, and her numbers were better! I was so happy about her being happy. I think if she is the only one that I inspire or help then I am HAPPY!!!

I promise more crafting to come.....hopefully soon!

So with all the talk and worry over the Swine Flu, you know the H1N1, worst flu ever, what else are they calling it........well I am NERVOUS about it! I have 2 little boys. One that will be three next week and a 1.5 year old. So my question, are you getting the vaccine for your kids? I have been so back and forth on it! We have gotten the seasonal flu shot, but not the H1N1 yet.

Turtle Brownies

note: this is not a picture of the actual brownies, but it is similar!

Here is a recipe for some of the best brownies in the WORLD!! that is not an exaggeration by the way!

1 box german chocolate cake mix

1/2 cup melted margarine

1/2 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix together

Press half of mixture into the bottom of 9x13 pan-set other 1/2 aside

Bake @350 for 6 minutes

Melt 1 bag of carmels about 48 carmels with the other 1/2 of the sweetened condensed milk

Over baked brownies pour 1 bag of chocolate chips then the melted carmels

Take remaining brownie mixture and crumble over the top.

Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes

DO NOT OVERBAKE!! THey are the best gooey!!!

Enjoy you'll love them!

Ps I made these last week for a family get together and I am proud to say I didn't eat any!!

Tomorrow is day 14, 2 weeks without sugar! Its geting easier!

It is official. Today is day 5 with out sugar and feeling great. You know it really hasnt' been that hard either. My friend Brittany is awesome and last time I talked with her she was going strong on the no sugar thing! Wow! Shes great. Another inspiration came from another lady I know that has gone for 6 months without sugar and has 70 lbs gone to show for it!

After I finished my bag of carmels and feeling horrible about eating all of them in 2 days I decided something had to change! Then I remembered these amazing ladies and new I could do it! The best part is, I DON"T REALLY MISS IT! Coming from me that is HUGE!! I think candy is my main food group most days!

So this is step one in becoming more healthy. For me this works! I'm an all or nothing kind of gal

Super Saturday Muffin Pan Countdown instructions

I have had quite of few emails and comments about the instructions for the muffin pan countdown! Isn't it adorable! It was sooooo easy to make too!

You need:

1 muffin pan for 24 muffins (I got mine at Walmart for $4.50!!! YES 4.50, but they were up with all the seasonal stuff, if you need a UPC for it let me know!)

A black ink pad

Colored card stock- the one I saw had a few more colors, but I just used 2 to keep costs down

Glue stick

Embellishments (you won't need many)

Ribbon to hang the pan from

Magnets I got mine in a rollat Walmart for about 4 dollars

NUMBERS - You can make your own by using different fonts OR I went here and printed them off!

Ok- here we go.

Cut you cardstock into 24 squares about 2 1/4 inches

If you have an edge rounder use that to round the edges, if not do it the hard way and use your scissors, I did it the hard way :)

Use Ink the egdes, just run the ink pad along the egdes. You can't mess this up!

Cut out your letters and glue them together. Adding any embellishments you might like.

Use a few strips of magnets on the back of the numbers to keep them in place.

I drilled holes in the top of mu pan to hang ribbon from, but you don't have to!

I used the remaining cardstock to make the CHRISTMAS COUNTDOWN for the top, inking everything to give it the finished off look. I just printed it using microsoft word! EASY EASY

That in a nut shell is all you have to do. I told you it was EASY!!!! Good luck. I'd LOVE to see your finished projects!!!

More Halloween Decorations

Good Morning!! Here are some of my Halloween decorations that I finally got together during conference on Saturday. Enjoy.

This cute little holder I found at a garage sale for 3 dollars! It was 1 of 2! I was so excited to have 2 of them! I had some plans, but when I got home and unloaded the van, it fell out and BROKE!!! Oh well, one is still good. I just pulled all the flowers off of the stems and filled the holder, then added a bow. I really love the look it gives it. I think it would be cute with fall leaves too!! These are some cute little pumpkins I made! It requires MINIMAL sewing! Lets just be right up front, I don't know how to sew :) They were super easy. If you would like instructions, leave a message!

This is the top of my tv armoire.

My firplace.....The Pumpkins on there are also SOOOO easy to make! Its just blocks of wood with dowels for stems!!

One of my favorite places to look for recipes and fun ideas is TASTE OF HOME!! One year for Christmas my mother in law gave me a year subscription to the amazing magazine! I absolutely loved it! Here are a few of their amazing ideas.

Organizing time again!

Its really amazing how fast you can UN-organize something! I try and keep my pantries nice and organized so I can see what we actually have to eat! I am lucky enough to have 2 big pantries upstairs to store all of our food and food storage. If I can't see it I don't use it! Even the food in my second pantry seems to get forgotten about pretty easily.

I was too embarrassed to show you my pantry before I started so you just get the after pictures. Don't mind the pieces of wood holding up the middles of the shelves. We need to brace them so they can hold all the stuff we put in there.

This is just one of my pantries, I am going to work on the other one today and hopefully get that all cleaned up. It might take a bit more time because it has alot of my craft stuff in it as well!

Can you tell I have little boys that LOVE macaroni and cheese? And believe me, we have more.

I say baby steps when it comes to food storage! I am amazed at how much so many people have and how fabulous they have it organized. Next step, canning.....as soon as I learn how!

Check out this great idea! I was looking around blog land and came across these, but for the life of me I can't remember where I saw them! SO if they are from your site, drop me a line and I will give you the credit and link to you!

If I remember right, they are spraypainted and I LOVE THEM! They rank right up there with my glitter pumpkins from a few years ago! I will show those to you as soon as I can get to all of my decorations in the storage room! That would be our Saturday project, find my decorations and winter clothes! I need to get started cleaning oout closets for the season soon!

PS we finally got ouurselves a van! People tell me I have gone to "THE DARK SIDE":) That makes me laugh! We joined the mini van club! We love it. My boys love it because they ca see outside, they have tons of room, and most imprtantly, they can push a button and shut their own door, usually with mom standing in the way so I get hit by the door as it finally realizes something is in the way and reopens. Little stinkers! Gotta love them!

Remember this little beauty? If not go here First I put it here and liked it, but I had a different place in mind!After finishing the basement I knew this baby would look fabulous down there. There was one big empty wall that was begging to have something nice on it!SO here she sits in all her glory! I still have a few little things to do, like handles and sanding, but for now I just love it there! Plus I remember how CHEAP I got it for and it makes me smile!

I was so excited last week to start my no sugar thingy. I was on a roll.... until I saw all the candy in the pantry that I FORGOT to remove!!

I am the type if its there I will most likely sample it! And SAMPLE turns into most of the bag or all of it! I figured that I just set myself up to not make it!

SO today starts a new day! This is my plan. Whenever I want to give up candy and sweets I do a "CANDY CONTEST". Its usually with my sister, but this time I thought I would involve you all. Here are the rules! I am not going to cut out all sugar. I'm starting smaller and plus we all need a little sugar in our lives, right? I'm starting with treats....you know, candy, ice cream, pastries, anything like this. You be the judge. It makes it so much easier to not eat these things when someone else is doing it with you.

My sister and I would have a prize for the person that went the longest, I don't think we'll have a prize, as of right now, but you never know!

So, until I figure out how to do a MR LINKY, leave a comment saying your in and then post about it! Every Monday will be the day we get back together and post about it!

Witches Brew

Every year on Halloween we go to my inlaws house to have a "spooky" Halloween party. The kids love it. I've already mentioned the fishing game we play.

Another favorite is the mummy game. We have 2 teams and 2 rolls of toilet paper. One member of the team gets to be the one to get all mumified!! The team members take turns wrapping the "mummy" with toilet paper until he/she is completely covered! The first team to wrap wins! It is so much fun!

We also love to play doughnuts on a string, For lack of a better name let me explain. You need:

Little doughnuts-We use the white ones from Little Debbie I think- any will do

string

a bobby pin

something to hang doughnuts from

Take the little doughnuts and thread the string through using the bobby pin makes it easier. Tie so it won't fall off.

Tie the string on whatever you use, a broomstick, pole, pipe, anything really. Make sure the strings are long enough so the doughnuts hang down.

Have 2 people hold the broomstick horizontal so the doughnuts dangle.

Now get enough participants for all the doughnuts you have hanging.

Without using you hands you havto eat the hanging doughnut! Its kind of tricky cause it swings.

First one done WINS!!!

These are just a few of our fun games we play at our Halloween party! The kids love them too.

We always have the famous WITCHES BREW. It wouldn't be Halloween without it! That picture is not the picture of the actual drink, I didn't have one, but it looks similar, the drink is purple and delicious!! This is my mother in laws recipe!

Combine: 2 quarts Chilled apple cider and 1 can grape concentrate

Add 1 bottle ginger ale

Scoop in 1 pint orange sherbet and stir unitl throthy

Add DRY ICE!!!!!

The kids will love this, the adults too!!

I REALLY hopw to return to my regularly scheduled posting SOON!!!!

It has been nuts around here. I am the only one in my entire house that has not been in to see the doctor in the last week. My oldest has pnemonia and an ear infection, YIKES!!! My youngest has a sinus infection, YUCK!! And last but not least, my husband is sick AND hurt is back REALLY BAD!! He has been flat on his back and in so much pain! Hopefully things will start to get back to normal around here soon! Until then, I hope you all are crafting up a storm and being creative, I can't wait to see what everyone has come up with.

I can't believe it..... I have gone almost 2 entire days without sugar and candy! Now, this might not seem like a big deal to alot of you, but to me its HUGE!!!! I decided its time to start being healthy and find my love for running again! So Monday marked day one on my new eating habits. I don't want to say DIET because I really need that lifestyle change! I know I can do it!

I used to run all the time, but since having kids it just hasn't happened. I remember when I ran for fun and how great it felt! Addicting!! I hope to get back there someday. My goal is to run a marathon! I almost ran one back in the day, but broke my foot right before the big race. SO, running for fun is only a memory right now, but I know I can get there again if I really try! Anyone want to join me?

There's Something Fishy Going On....

I have been MIA this week. It has been busy around here!

Here is one of our fun lunches from the other day. We love to make little pizzas. The boys love them because they are small and they get to help make them. They always a big hit.

My oldest was looking at his books one morning, which is one of his favorite things to do, and was loving a little fish in his ABC books. We talked about fish for a while that morning, made fish faces, and laughed. When it was time for lunch I was trying to think of something that would be fun for the boys.

So I gathered these ingredients: I didn't have any pizza sauce, but tomato sauce works just as well. We ALWAYS have tomato sauce. We also only had cheddar cheese instead of mozzerella, but it worked.

FIRST- we worked the biscuit dough, pulled and streched it and decided what shape to make.
We decided to make little fish. Notice the shark! This was my little guys favorite one cause it was like BRUCE from "Finding Nemo"

Next- Put on the tomato sauce and all the toppings.

I was going to decorate them myself to make them look really nice and cute, but quickly decided it didn't matter. Letting my little guy create his own creation was MUCH MORE IMPORTANT!

He LOVED IT and was SO PROUD of himself!

Bake them according to the package directions!

Let them cool and enjoy!

I told you they looked great! This was my 2 year olds creation. It has mini pepperonis, olives, ham, and cheese!

They made for one tasty and FUN lunch.

I quickly decided that doing thing like this with my kids was SO IMPORTANT to me and even MORE IMPORTANT to them! I am going to do alot more things that they can do with me!

Boring lunch to Cool Lunch

We were trying to decide what to have for a quick lunch before nap time today and nothing sounded good. The boys have certain things that they like, hotdogs being one of them.

I saw an idea kind of like this in a magazine somewhere, awhile ago. We decided to make our lunch fun, simple, cheap, easy!
First I took few packages of Ramen, yum, reminds me of college life. Got those cooking. Notice the food coloring in the corner! I couldn't find my green so I of course used blue and yellow to make some. A great teaching opportunity for my little guy in how to make different colors!

You can't really tell, but the noodles are green!! I let them cook a little longer so the noodles would absorb the color really well.

Meanwhile, cook a few hotdogs!

I poured most of the juice out so we didn't make a mess, but you can do whatever you would like. Once you have your noodles in your bowls, cut your hotdogs about half way up. I only made 4 legs, instead of 8. Next time I will make 8, but 4 worked.

I got some mustard and made smily faces and put them over the noodles! My oldest saw these and said, THATS SO COOL , as he gobbled them up! He wants to make them again!!

Try this with your kids! They will love it!

It is time again for Trash To Treasure Tuesday over at REINVENTED!! And its also MOD PODGE MANIA over at THIS IS THE YEAR. I figured this could work for both.

I haven't had alot of time so I decided to show you a project I did awhile ago! Just for all of you newbies!

Every year on Halloween we have a family party with all the cousins and we have a fishing pond. Someone buys prizes for each one of us and we get to pull it up and see what we got.

FUNNY STORY..... One year my oldest boy was about to turn 1 and my family thought they were so funny with the prize they gave me.

I put the fishing pole down, anxiously awaiting my prize and what do I pull out??? A PREGNANCY TEST!!! Ha ha Ha that was funny! I laughed and said I'll go take it right now to prove that we weren't having another baby yet. I mean my baby wasn't even 1 yet. Anyways, I didn't go take it, we all just laughed and went on with our games.

The next morning I was looking at the test, a dollar store one, and thought, HMM, I might as well take it. So I did, I waited patiently, expecting to see only one line. Almost instantly 2 LINES APPEAR!! WHat?? How in the world? Ya I was totally pregnant. So I ran to the store and got a more expensive, MORE RELIABLE, test, 3 actually and all three were positive!!

So the point to my story was, the next year we fished out a little plaque, I can't remember now what it said and oh course I didn't think to take a picture at the time, but it was funny and cute, but I thought it could be much cuter as something else. So this dollar store frame became this baby.......... I simply flipped it over and painted the entire thing white! Then mod podged some paper and some ribbon on it! I found the cute little lion at walmart for about 40 cents and mod podged that on too. I only put it on the bottom though, not on the top. Then I cut some vinyl the said SHHH and TADA, a cute little hanger for my babies door.

I did keep this on his door for awhile, then my oldest started playing with it too much so now it is hanging on the wall by the light switch. I love it. It is cute and cheerful!

PS I got another pregnancy test that year as a real JOKE this time, can't wait to see what I get this year!!

Its Time

I never thought this day would come and in a way I don't think I really believed it would. Yes...we are looking for a MINIVAN!! I really enjoy my car that I drive around. It is such a great car, but its getting pretty full and we would love to be able to take people with us to go do fun things, instead of driving separate cars and saying, "OK I"LL SEE YA THERE"....

We've looked at a few different ones, but are not sure what kind will be the best as it gets older with higher miles. Some people have told me about problems that seem to happen to certain makes when the miles get up there. What do you think? WHat vans do you like and what kinds of problems have you had or heard of with them. We've looked at Dodge, Toyota, and Honda! Thanks for your help

Makin Something out of Nothing

I made this little guy last year about this time. I made 2 signs, this one and a pumpkin patch one. I can't find that one. It in my storage room. I'm sure I put it in a special place so that I would remember where it was, but of course I forgot.
I had scraps of wood. That's all I had. I was actually kind of bored one day and started painting scraps of wood. I love to decorate with this. The colors add a lot from the traditional orange and black of Halloween. I add a few fun decorations around this and of course some candy.

Everything I used for this project I already had, so it didn't cost me anything. My husband drilled holes through all the wood for me and I secured them with a LITTLE wood glue. They were already on there pretty tight, but I didn't want them falling down.

The bowl is my latest thrift store find. I'm sad to say it looked better before I painted it, but thats ok I have a few other ideas to spruce it right back up. Don't you wish there was an "UNDO" or a "DELETE" button sometimes on projects you do?

SO BE CREATIVE!!! Look around at all the stuff you have just hanging around and make something FUN!!!

MIrror Mirror on the Wall

Its time again for Trash To Treasure Tuesday with KIMM from REINVENTED!

Sorry to say these pictures are not the greatest! How in the world do you take a good picture of a mirror? I will never know! I wish I would have taken pictures of the before and all of the middle stages this baby went through, but I forgot!!

This mirror now hangs in my little guys room and adds the perfect POP of color to a very blue room, which he LOVES!!! Go HERE to see the cool artwork on his walls.

Can you see all the colors underneath the yellow? I painted this SO many different colors and didn't like any of them. I actually just kept repainting and adding more and more paint!

I finally decided on a bright yellow to which I added some shiny gold paint to! I took my sander and sanded all the edges, but it still needed something. As I was sanding I made a mistake and sanded part of the face. I LOVED IT!! It went through all the layers of colors I had put on. It looked so good to see a few different colors pop through on the joints and edges! I planned on adding some vinyl and some embellishments, but after my "MISTAKE" , I changed my mind because I really liked it. It had an older feel to it now and looked perfect!

The more sanding and distressing the better!

Here is hangs, my picture is slanted, not the mirror and the picture is on its side. Can you see the doors in the mirror going the wrong way. Ps I added the little kid finger prints just for fun! SORRY I should have cleaned it off first! I told ya the walls were blue! They will be getting a much needed makeover soon!

Anyways here is my project, kind of simple, but it really adds alot to his room and only cost me the price of the paint!!

Calling all super moms out there. I need help! I used to HATE the laundry. I am slowly learning to "not mind it". Maybe someday I'll actually like it......maybe..... So my question

WHY DO I FADE EVERYTHING????

I do dry most of my clothes, is that the problem? It just takes so much time to hang dry everything, but if this is the problem, I am willing to try it! I am sick of having faded clothes. I'm sure Stacy London and Clinton Kelly would shudder at some of my faded shirts and pants

So any tips on laundry would be helpful!! Does ANYONE have the same problem? I hope so, then I won't feel so silly.

Trash to Treasure Tuesday

Its time again for TRASH TO TREASURE TUESDAY with KIMM @ REINVENTED!! Remember this little beauty from my parents garage sale?? I knew it had some potential

Here are a few more pictures for your viewing pleasure, well just because I accidently put them on twice and couldn't get them off!!!! :) Oh well!

I took some of my favorite paint, oil rubbed bronze and painted the entire thing! I knew I wanted it to go on my fireplace so I put it up there to see how it looked just plain, but it wasn't my favorite! So I took some scrapbook paper to match the AUTUMN BLOCKS that I made HERE!

Added a few embellishments and this is what I came up with!

I'm not quite sure if its finished. I think I will be adding some vinyl as soon as I decide what to put on it!

I also haven't found the exact thing that I want to put in it! I think I might get some greenery or something. What do you think?

Here it sits on my HUGE fireplace! I thought I'd give you the entire view. Now some might say that I have too much up there, but I tried it with less and I didn't love it, so this is what is gonna stay and I LOVE IT!!!

I Talked Him Into It!!!

Its official! I talked my husband into stopping down to wonderful store I just posted about, THE WOOD CONNECTION!!! Oh I can't wait. We are heading down that way for my brothers wedding this weekend and thought we could make a little detour to get some FUN stuff to work on! If anyone around here wants me to grab them something just jet me know!! I'd be happy to!

Ever wonder....

Hi, I know 2 posts in one day, I'm avoiding laundry.

So ever wonder where people get their cute wooden letters they use for all their crafts? I know not all of us are so lucky to have the tools to make our own so thats when this wonderful place comes in. I am lucky to have a very handy husband to make everything I need for my crafting habits! However, we don't have everything we need to make these! As far as I can tell they do not ship everything they have, but they are currently shipping the WOODEN LETTERS!!! Go take a look here and see all of the amazing things they have! Whats all the Fuss About?

I was walking through the store trying to find the perfect can pf spray paint for this little beauty, of course I forgot to take a picture of it before I painted it! It started out just that really light natural color, not really my style. This basket was another item that was going to be sold in the garage sale. I thankfully snagged it. I snagged quite a bit! My dad looked at me and laughed and asked if I was gonna leave anything for the actual garage sale, We'll see I said!

So back to the paint, as I was looking for a black or a brown, out of the corner of my eye I saw a name that I recognized. Someone on one of their blogs had mentioned a color and said it was their favorite, so I thought why not, I'll give it a try! Lets just say it was LOVE at first spray! (ya ya, I know, I'm a nerd). Get ready, here it comes! OIL RUBBED BRONZE by Krylon! Beautiful! AND, you can get it at Walmart! All you ladies that live close to me, if you want to get yourself a can of this you better go ASAP because I am going to go but my "year supply" :) Can you tell I LOVE IT! I have a few more projects that I am going to give this color to!

Coming up.......Can't wait to get this project done! I have some ideas for this!

......AND this, lets just say this has potential! Can't wait to get started!

All Tied Up

I just linked up with KIMM @ REINVENTED for TRASH TO TREASURE TUESDAY!! I'm so excited!

This is an old plate holder that I got when I was going to college. It has been in my moms storage bay since I got married. My parents were getting ready for a garage sale and had us come look through everything to take what we wanted first. I saw this beauty and had to have it back! Sorry that picture is a little slanted. My bathroom isn't big enough for me to get a great picture without standing on the back of the toilet (not gonna happen)!

First I went to trusty ol' Walmart and got some towels to match my shower curtain. I cut each towel in half, little helpings hands are welcome, but not necessary :)! I decided to cut my towels for 2 reasons, I didn't want to spend a lot and the slots I would be putting the towels was not really big!

Next, I rolled up a red towel, brown towel, and then a cranberry colored towel! Loved it! Now I needed a way to keep them on so the kids wouldn't play with them. So I used some ribbon to tie them together and make them look finished!

There are actually 4 slots, but I couldn't get them all in the picture! I think it turned out great. Even my husband commented on it which is a BIG deal! It added some much needed color to my bathroom!

Here's a close up. One day I hope to get a really nice camera so my pictures will look great and the colors will come out right. The colors are a little richer and deeper than this.

I even had one extra bundle to add some color to the toilet! All in all I think this was a fun and easy project that made a big difference!

Come on back tomorrow for my NEW absolute favorite spray paint color! I might just spray paint everything with it!

Blocks, Blocks, and More Blocks!

I think I'm obsessed with blocks!

My friend Emily and her cute little girls came over the other day to make some fall blocks! She is so good, she plans ahead for gift giving! Me, I think about it the day before I need to give a gift if I am lucky! Usually it is the day of! Anyways we spent the afternoon making blocks and having fun! My little boy has a crush on her little girl, so cute! Don't mind the wrinkles on my letter T!! ARGG! Oh well it just gives it some character right?

I gotta tell ya I have debated about that flower since the moment I put it on. I might be replacing it with something else, we'll see.

This is their new home atop my firepace, I know its not quite fall, but I just had to use them. It just didn't seem right to put them away.

Wanna make these or some like them?

All you need is:

Blocks any size you want! We just use the scraps from finishing our basement!

Scrapbook paper- I have found that I love to layer, so get plenty.

Also, when choosing your paper, keep in mind the lettering you will be putting on. If you have

light lettering, it is good to use papers that you know it will show up on. Does that make sense? If

you have tan lettering, I wouldn't use papers that would just blend in, you won't be able to see

that letter.

Mod podge, make sure to use on the bottom of your paper and the top!

Embellishments- anything you can think of! I like ribbon, buttons, flowers and anything fun to match the season.

I can't believe it! We had an offer on our house yesterday! We've been so excited to get an offer, but now that we have its bittersweet! If all goes well, we'll be gone in less than a month! Wish us luck!

I will resume my regularly scheduled posts again as soon as I can. I feel a little nuts right now waiting! :)

PS Tomorrow is Saturday so remember its garage sale shopping day! I already raided my parents garage sale stuff and found me some treasures!

Fall Decorations!!

Oh I Love Love Love the rain. We have had thunder and lightning here all night! I secretly hope it keeps going! I love the feeling of fall coming! I know we're still a little bit away from it, but doesn't a nice sweatshirt and a football game sound fabulous?

Not to mention I LOVE fall decorations! I always put mine up early and my husband laughs at me! I'm tempted to go looking for them in my storage room! Very tempted! Maybe I'll just make some new fall decorations today to satisfy my need for more FALL!!! Stay tuned when I get it done you'll be the first to know!
